They should also, strive to meet/exceed the targeted cost of sales for all outlets as determined by the company budgets. Other responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the Wine List to reflect the products and vintages that are in stores and in the wine pantry, within the guidelines established by the corporate office.They should also, liaise with the Controller in order to determine what labels from the hosting selection need to be used in order to maintain stocks on hand within the goals set by the company. Bar Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, measuring and reporting Bar Sales Outlet performance on a daily basis and taking required corrective action to ensure operations are in accordance with the company standards and objectives. They will also be responsible for achieving or exceeding Bar Revenue and Cost objectives for the established cruise program targets. Other responsibilities include creating new opportunities and maximising existing ones to generate extra revenue, managing the beverage outlets as separate profit centres, assuming responsibility for all revenue and expenses, ensuring that department’s operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled, and recommending measures to control/reduce costs. Candidates must have previous experience in this role onboard a cruise ship. Successful candidate will also hold STCW 95 certification, Designated security Duties and a valid ENG1 Medical. Restaurant Waiter

A Junior Restaurant Waiter is required to join a German cruise line.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a close and efficient teamwork with all F&B staff in order to guarantee smooth operations of all working procedures, ensure a fast, efficient and courteous service, and prepare all tables at restaurant sections assigned by the Restaurant Head Waiter and Maitre'd. Other responsibilities will include working accordingly to the instructions given by superiors and assisting wherever needed. The ideal candidate should be able to speak German to level B2 and have a good understanding of English Language. Working in conjunction with the Sous Chef, the CDC is fully responsible for the entire Galley operation assigned, which includes, but is not limited to food safety, creativity, cleanliness, staff management, time management, repair and maintenance, following USPH standards complying with HACCP program, public relations and guest interaction.
