A new spa operator at sea is seeking a Massage Therapist to join their team on board a UK cruise brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consistent professional massagesand treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted cruise line practices, properly caring for and maintaining equipment, as well as having complete knowledge and understanding of all spa offerings. Other responsibilities include, being flexible with their schedule, supporting the needs of the spa and maintaining a clean, well-organised, fully stocked massaging area. The applicant will be expected to perform administrative duties in a complete, organised and accurate manner, communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa or fitness area that require attention. They will also have to actively promote the spa, treatments, services, seminars and retail, as well as programmes, promotions and discounts available, handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously, and provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction. If you are successful, you will also have to possess the ability to work without direct supervision, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment, and regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa. A minimum of 1 year's experience in this role is necessary and cruise ship experience is desired. Salary paid in GBP (£). Rotation is 8 months on, 2 months offSTCW certification and valid seafarer's medical 


Spa/Housekeeping Stewardess

Previous yachting experience is essentialideally one full year (2 seasons experience) aboard 70m+ Yachts, with experience of full spa facilities aboard Yachts. Candidates will be familiar with a range of treatments including various massage techniques, manicures/pedicures (including shellac), skin care and waxing. Candidates must have a passion for housekeeping and keen to progress within this side of the interior department. Candidates must hold Valid ENG1, STCW, PDSD and Food Hygiene L2. Chief Concierge

A ultra luxury cruise line are seeking a Chief Concierge to join their fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents and guests with a number of inquiries in a timely and professional manner, researching local service providers and local attractions and participating in the weekly Destination Planning conference calls. Other responsibilities include, liaising regularly with the Hotel Managerensuring the flow of information within the department, responsible for maintaining handover notes which must be submitted to the Hotel Manager for review. The applicant should have a minimum 3 years experience as a Concierge/ Guest Services Manager on a cruise ship, luxury Hotel or similar environment. It is required that the candidate hold a hospitality degree and knowledge of world geography. Ship board experience is desired. STCW Certification is required, as well as, a valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate. Salary paid in US Dollars. Rotation of 4 months on, 2 months off.

Concierge Administrator / Assistant

An ultra luxury cruise line are seeking a Concierge Administrator / Assistant  to join their fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for; maintaining and understanding the company's business plan, and sending daily transfer and taxi requests to Bell team and Reception. Other responsibilities will include, researching Destination highlights for the Daily TV Show filming, keeping Inventory of Travel Books and researching highlighted topics from Concierge Manager and input into Power Point presentation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years working in this role for a luxury cruise line or 5* hotel. Experience working with Microsoft Office is also essential. Valid STCW Certification and Seafarer's Medical will be required.


Shop Manager

A luxury cruise company is seeking an experienced and qualified Chef de Partie. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef and ensuring that the food production in his/her section is in line with the Company standards.They will also be organising the working schedule and monitoring performance of staff in his/her work area, such as Demi Chef de Partie and Assistant Cooks. The successful candidate will ensure equipment and utensils of the section is in good working order and meets the Company’s health and hygiene standards and report any non-functioning equipment to their direct supervisors. The candidate will participate actively in all operations of the section byleading, guiding and assisting his/her staff at all times. Suitable candidates should have previous 5 star cruise ship and hotel experience. Valid medical and US C1/D Visa are essential. Candidate must have an STCW certification.
