A successful applicant will be responsible for the entire food delivery across the vessel, which includes food safety, back of house cleanliness training, cost management, food and consumables inventories, loading and ordering, planning and scheduling for all related services. Applicants must have excellent managerial skills and have a minimum of 10 years in a senior Culinary role. Valid STCW and Seafarers Medical are required for this role. Rotation is 4 months on 2 months off. Salary is paid in USD per month.

Hotel Controller

The candidate for this position is responsible for every aspect of the Storeroom and Provisioning department onboard, and responsible for the accurate input, counting, reporting of all inventory. Other responsibilities: cost accounting for the Hotel Department, manage the budget pre-established by the Direction, supervising the waste, storage and inventory operations, assist the Hotel Manager with costs control. The successful candidate with be supervising all beverage services whilst providing a quality, courteous and professional service. Organisational skills and knowledge of health and safety in the workplace including HACCP are key for this position. Duties for this position include; organising regular audits, scheduling staff's shifts in accordance with ILO regulations, managing all beverage inventories and refilling stock correctly in order to respect cost budgets. A successful candidate must have at least 1 or 2 years experience in a Food and Beverage outlet as a dep head. Valid STCW and ENG1 Medical are required for this position. Salary paid in EUR. Rotation is 5 months on 2 months off.
